Salary: Up to 20K with realistic OTE in Yr 1 of 35K.

We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and experienced New Business Sales Consultant to join our highly successful team. We a need candidates with extensive experience in cold calling industry leading organisations, getting through to the decision maker, having the capability to present our award winning service and then being confident enough to objection handle and close advertising packages. Your primary contact will be at Director level (Financial, Operations and Human Resources) so must have a proven track record at selling at this level.
We recognise that sometimes businesses require a face:to:face approach so experience in closing deals face to face will be an added benefit (Plus a current UK driving licence).

What are we offering in return?

We offer up to 20K basic wage with an outstanding commission structure that should earn you around 35K OTE in your first year. Your second and third year earnings should exceed 50/60K, and our progression and training program is designed to drive your strengths. At the moment our most successful divisions have developed from a single person desk to a 5:person team, designed to support and develop each and every account generated, whilst continuing the focus on New Business Development.
